The maximum shear rate of the radial blades increases with the diameter of the blades, while the average shear rate is independent of the diameter of the blades.These concepts of shear rate in the blade area require special care in the reduction and magnification of the blender.Because small chamfer is compared with the large tanks, small groove mixer (N) tend to have high speed, small blade diameter (D) and the low tip velocity (ND), and other features, and the big tank agitator tend to have low speed (N) large blade diameter (D) and features such as high tip speed (ND).
